So much has changed in the past 20+ years.

Why does this matter, you might ask? Doesn't grammar "not count" online and in text messages? Sure--if you're just chatting with your friends. But when those bad habits bleed over onto your business communications or website content, you're affecting the public face of your brand.

Branding is usually defined as the idea or image used to identify the name of your business. In most cases it represents the goods or services you are offering; in a way your intention should be to show your solution to someone's problem.

Owners want the most cost-effective medium that will give them the greatest exposure, accessibility, and sales lift. So before moving forward, businesses must decide which vehicle is most appropriate to deliver their product or service: a mobile application or a mobile-friendly website.
